1. Individual access and responsibility
These terms govern an individual's access to FrequenSolve Cloud under an organization account. By accepting, the user agrees to comply personally with these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy; an invited user is not asked to represent that they can bind the customer organization.
Accounts and seats are assigned to authorized individuals. Users must not share credentials and must promptly report suspected unauthorized access or an account assignment that is no longer appropriate.
2. Authorized service use
FrequenSolve Cloud provides hosted seismic-modeling and related compute, storage, and support capabilities under the customer organization's subscription. Users may access only the tenant, data, features, and resources authorized for them.
Users are responsible for their inputs, models, instructions, uploaded data, expected output validation, and the permissions needed for FrequenSol and its infrastructure providers to process those materials on behalf of the customer.
3. Customer data and simulation results
Users must handle customer data according to their organization's instructions and applicable law. They may not upload material they are not authorized to process or disclose.
Simulation results are computational outputs that may depend on assumptions, data quality, numerical methods, third-party software, and infrastructure. They must be independently reviewed before engineering, safety-critical, regulatory, investment, or operational reliance.
4. Security, enforcement, and changes
Users must protect credentials, use available security controls, and cooperate with reasonable security and support procedures. FrequenSol may restrict affected access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the service, infrastructure providers, or legal obligations.
Material changes to the User Terms or Acceptable Use Policy will be versioned and may require renewed individual acceptance before continued product access. Commercial subscription changes are handled with the customer organization rather than silently added to the individual user checkbox.
5. Availability, changes, and termination
The service may change as FrequenSol improves features, security, and reliability. Material changes to these terms will be versioned and communicated through the service or an account contact, and renewed acceptance may be required before continued access.
A user's access ends when the customer removes the user, the applicable subscription ends, or access is suspended or terminated under the Customer Subscription Agreement or Acceptable Use Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive, including responsibility for prior conduct, intellectual-property protections, disclaimers, and limits of liability, continue after access ends.
6. Legal terms
These User Terms supplement the Customer Subscription Agreement governing the organization account. If they conflict, the Customer Subscription Agreement controls for the customer relationship. Applicable law may provide rights that these terms cannot limit.
Questions about these terms or account access may be sent to support@frequensol.com.
