Permitted use
Users may use FrequenSolve Cloud only for lawful, authorized workloads and within the account, seat, compute, storage, data-classification, and licensing limits applicable to their organization.
Prohibited activity
Users may not attempt unauthorized access, bypass tenant boundaries or resource controls, share credentials, introduce malicious code, disrupt the service, perform security testing without written authorization, reverse engineer protected service components except where law cannot prohibit it, mine cryptocurrency, or use resources for abusive or unlawful activity.
Users may not upload material they lack permission to process, infringing or illegal content, or export-controlled or otherwise restricted data unless FrequenSol has expressly approved the applicable service and safeguards in writing.
Enforcement
FrequenSol may investigate suspected violations and may restrict or suspend affected access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the service, infrastructure providers, or legal obligations. Questions or appeals may be sent to support@frequensol.com.
