Information we collect
FrequenSol may process account and identity information, organization and seat information, billing references, support communications, simulation and storage metadata, security events, device and browser details, and service telemetry needed to provide, secure, support, and improve FrequenSolve Cloud.
Customer simulation inputs and outputs are processed to provide the requested service. Payment-card details are handled by the configured billing and payment providers rather than stored directly in FrequenSolve Cloud application records.
How we use and disclose information
Information may be used for authentication, tenant isolation, service delivery, billing and account administration, security, troubleshooting, support, compliance, and product improvement. Service providers may include AWS for hosting, Chargebee and its configured payment gateway for billing, and Sentry for privacy-filtered diagnostics when enabled. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
This policy does not provide blanket consent to optional processing. Marketing permission is separate from service access and may be changed through the Chargebee self-service portal or the unsubscribe method provided with a marketing message.
Choices and browser storage
Optional performance analytics and session replay are off until a user grants that privacy choice on the applicable site. The choice can be changed later through Privacy choices.
Optional marketing permission is separate from service access and may be withdrawn through the available preference control or unsubscribe method. Essential browser storage needed for security, authentication, navigation, and requested service functions cannot be disabled through the optional analytics choice.
Retention and security
FrequenSol retains information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, administer the customer relationship, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the service. Retention periods vary by data type, account status, legal requirements, and backup cycles.
FrequenSol uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security, and users should promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Privacy rights and requests
Depending on where a person lives, applicable law may provide rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or information about certain processing, and to appeal a denied request. FrequenSol may need to verify identity and authority before fulfilling a request, and legal exceptions may apply.
Requests and privacy questions may be sent to support@frequensol.com. Authorized agents should identify the person they represent and provide evidence of their authority when required. FrequenSol will not discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right.
International processing, children, and changes
FrequenSol and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where it was collected, subject to applicable transfer requirements and contractual safeguards.
FrequenSolve Cloud is a business service and is not directed to children. FrequenSol may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. Material updates will be identified by a new version and publication date.
